Enersave will supply all the energy-efficiency features of the SmartHomes, specifically the PV systems and solar water heaters, as well as the SMART devices that come standard in each SmartHome.

Included in the purchase price of each of the SmartHomes at Aqueduct of Vineyards is a photovoltaic system, a solar water heater, and electric car charging outlet on the front verandah, as well as SMART light switches, outlets, front door lock and cameras. All those features add to the many other climate resilience and cost-effective efficiency features included in the purchase price.
