In our last development update, we mentioned that we built 4 out of 52 SmartHomes in Aqueduct of Vineyards. We are happy to announce that we have made significant progress since then.
Not only have we built all 52 SmartHomes and started on the finishing for them, but we have also completed the waterproofing for all 52 SmartHomes, an extra step we’ve taken to shelter the roofs from wear and tear as well as prevent leaks. Additionally, the sidewalks have been constructed, road construction is 90% complete, and driveway construction is currently underway.
Further, we have restored the existing nature-based treatment plant for Aqueduct of Vineyards. The plant has a near zero carbon footprint while treating 500 cubic meters of water each day, in 5 ponds and a wetland. The Bushy Park treatment plant is fully complainant with both the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) and the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) requirements.
“Our promised delivery dates for all homes is December 2024, however at our current pace, our homeowners will be settled in their new homes well before that” said Lancedale Farquharson, Operations Director at SmartHomes by CEAC. We’re building at a steady pace, and with the expert guidance from our project management consultants, CEAC Solutions, the progress of the development is every developer’s dream. he continued.
So, what’s next in construction process?
Next, we’ll complete the home finishing inclusive of the smart and solar features, complete the driveways, pour asphalt, start on the landscaping and work on the pond.
