Work a gwaan!

We’re well underway with the infrastructure works at Aqueduct of Vineyards, with our infrastructure contractor, CONTRAXX Enterprises, a Grade 1 contractor with years of experience.

Infrastructure works include the installation of manholes, running of sewerage and water lines, and the setting out of roads and drainage systems. CONTRAXX will be on site for the next 6 to 8 weeks, during which time the boundary wall will be completed, and construction of the security guard booth will start.

These important steps mean that we are on track to start construction of the Aqueduct of Vineyards SmartHomes in June 2023, which means the first homes should be ready in time for Christmas 2024!
