Solid Starts!

We’ve been hard at work at Aqueduct of Vineyards, and in the last month we have achieved a few important milestones: manholes, sewage and water lines are in, and the roadways have been filled in and compacted.

We have also completed over 300 feet of the boundary wall, which is 8 feet high and completed structural work on the security booth. Both the wall and the booth will allow us to secure the property, establish our site office and begin storing material on-site, as we start getting into construction of the SmartHomes.

Most importantly, we’ve started construction! 

On May 1, our Construction and Mechanical Contractor, Trekline Solutions, poured the foundation for the first house, and over the next few weeks we will continue, weather permitting, to set foundations as we prepare for the next phase of construction.

At this rate, we are slightly ahead of our construction schedule, and we are on-track to completing our model unit by late August/early September.
