The work has begun!

SmartHomes by CEAC has started work on Aqueduct of Vineyards, a gated community of 52 two-bedroom SmartHomes, located in Bushy Park, near Old Harbour, St Catherine.

Since last December, we’ve been doing lots of preparatory work: we’ve cleared the land of trees and brush, put in the compacted marl pads that will support each building’s foundation, and started construction of the development’s boundary walls and roads.

We’ve also started putting in underground infrastructure such as sewerage lines and water mains, and we’ve been working with our telecoms partner FLOW to run the fibre optic cables that will support your SmartHome’s connectivity.

Importantly, all this means we’re on track with our construction timeline, with the first finished SmartHomes projected to be ready for occupancy in Q4 2024.
