ABOUT TESSERA

Tessera is made up of four (4) distinct neighborhoods: Solis, Terra, Ventus and Luna, inspired by the elements of nature.

Part of the masterplan for Jamaica’s newest city in Bernard Lodge, Portmore, St Catherine, these neighborhoods will all feature single family 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom SmartHomes, each well-appointed with our signature package of features including solar system, solar water heater, rainwater harvesting system, electric vehicle charging point, smart door lock, smart outlets, smart switches and floodlights with cameras. 

HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR SMARTHOME

  1. Ensure your pre-approval letter or bank statement is under 3 months and reflects at least the starting price of our SmartHomes.
  2. Scroll over the Neighborhood Map and identify your lot. 
  3. Fill out our online application and upload your pre-approval letter or bank statement.
